Terms of Sale: Wholesale prices are limited to nursery dealers and landscapers with state certification.
Georgia customers need a current Georgia Plant License.
Please identify yourself as a wholesale customer when you
call or upon your arrival at the nursery and be prepared to display a copy of your current license upon request. All sales
will be considered retail sales unless those conditions are met. A 7% sales tax will be added to your plant total
unless a valid sales tax number is presented prior to purchase.
Hours of Business:
During the spring, summer and fall we are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM until 4:30 PM. We
close for lunch between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM and all day Saturday and Sunday, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day. We
are open during the winter from Dec. 12th until March 1st by appointment only.
Payment: Payment in full is expected upon receipt of plant material. Net 30 day terms are
available to established accounts. All overdue accounts are subject to a 1 1/2% monthly finance charge. This is a 18% annual
charge. Minimum monthly charge is $5.00. Any account past due for 60 days will automatically be placed on C.O.D. status without
exception.
Claims: We guarantee our plants to be true-to-name, healthy, and
ready for planting when you pruchase them. Please don't take from the nursery or accept for delivery any of our plants
you suspect might not meet those conditions. Our plant material is "goodness-grown" and carefully nurtured, and
we strive to please our customers by providing them with plants of the highest quality. However, after plants have left our
nursery, their proper care becomes the responsibility of the buyer, and we can't guarantee their future health or survival.
Under no conditions will our liability be greater than the price paid for the plants.
